Each woman brings her own unique touch to Pure Candle Supplies, creating a blend as perfect as your favourite fragrance combination. From Joanne’s nine grandchildren (all taller than her!) to Nic’s legendary mould sourcing skills, they’re more than just a team—they’re family.
Joanne – Warehouse Assistant & Showroom Display Extraordinaire
Joanne is the creative eye behind our showroom displays and the steady hand behind every perfectly packed order. She’s been with Pure Candle Supplies for years, making sure each order is carefully picked, packed, and sent out with love. When she’s not organising seasonal displays or labelling fragrance bottles, she’s celebrating Christmas—her favourite holiday—which starts in October in her house. Married to Arthur, with four daughters (two of whom work at PCS) and nine grandchildren (who are all almost taller than her ha!), family is at the centre of everything she does. Her signature fragrance, Mademoiselle Type, reflects her timeless and elegant nature, much like the way she brings tradition and warmth to everything she touches.
Sam – Showroom & Administrative Assistant
Sam is the friendly face greeting you in our showroom, always ready to help customers find the perfect products or answer their burning candle-making questions. Since joining Pure Candle Supplies in 2024, she’s brought her passion for customer service and organization to our team. Outside of work, she loves nothing more than escaping into nature with her husband, Daniel, and their two boys, Jai and Zac. Camping and the great outdoors keep her grounded, which is why Rose Gold Type—a fresh, warm, and adventurous scent—perfectly captures her spirit.
Alana – Socials Queen
Alana is the woman behind our social media, keeping Pure Candle Supplies at the forefront of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Whether she’s creating content, testing new products, or helping customers in the showroom, she wears many hats. As a busy mum of three and married to the “Big Boss” of PCS, she juggles work and family life like a pro. But when she does get a rare quiet moment, she loves nothing more than a coffee and some trash TV. Her go-to fragrance, Si Type, is a perfect match—sophisticated, bold, yet comforting in all the right ways.
Nic – Operations, Sales & Marketing Manager - AKA the REAL Boss (haha!)
Nic is the powerhouse behind Pure Candle Supplies, overseeing everything from sales and marketing to mould sourcing and product development. She keeps the business running like clockwork, ensuring customers always have the best products at their fingertips. Married to Josh and raising two boys, Archie and Levi, she’s no stranger to managing chaos with a cool head. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys a spicy margarita and the thrill of a well-timed online shopping spree. Her signature fragrance, Miss Dior Type, is the perfect reflection of her personality—bold, stylish, and always leaving a lasting impression.
